Commissions

I will be accepting a small amount of commissions at any time, and will take these on a first come first served basis as I cannot hold a waiting list. 

 

These can be –

Recycling/upcycling your existing jewellery, designing a piece for you made from the materials you have, and/or adding new metals and gemstones. These pieces hold the energy of the jewellery you have brought to me, whether from a relative or your own, this jewellery is always sentimental and brings emotions of joy and remembrance.

Price from £250.

 

Designing a new piece of jewellery for you either together or intuitively.

During our initial discussion we can decide what you desire to wear, or gift to another, as an expression of creativity.

Using silver, gold, or platinum, with or without crystals or gemstones, this will be jewellery made from the essence of who we are; you, the giftee, and me the designer maker, and the materials within the piece itself.

Price from £250.

 

Each appointment, in person or online will be charged a non-refundable £50 fee to be taken off final costs of your jewellery. A deposit will also be needed for work to commence.

Please note that all pieces have a creating period of at least 6 weeks.

 

Creative Jewellery Items

I will be releasing unique one-off pieces of jewellery on certain dates via email first, then onto social media. These will not be re-made so keep an eye out for my announcements.

Alterations, repairs & adjustments

Jewellery made by myself will be repaired with no charge within 2 years of collection IF the piece is broken due to my work, not due to accident or misuse.

All adjustments such as ring resizing and chain lengths will be subject to a minimum charge of £30.

Refunds

There are no refunds on jewellery, each piece is made for you specifically.

No refunds on the appointment fee of £50 which is redeemed from the final balance of your jewellery.

There are no refunds on bookings for events, ceremonies or 1-1 sessions. There may be an opportunity to use the booking for another event or change the date with more than 48 hours notice.

Please get in touch asap if you need to rearrange any booking.

Privacy Policy

All information you give me is kept completely confidential and I will never pass your information onto any other companies for marketing purposes. When making any purchase or booking I will require your name, address and contact details and this information will only be used for the purposes of processing your order and managing your account. Information I collect about you will not be disclosed to any third party without your prior consent or the requestor’s demonstrated legal authority to receive it. If at any time you would like to know what information I possess about you, please contact me.

In disclosing your personal details through this website, you consent to the collection, storage and processing of your personal information in the manner described above. In the unlikely event of any changes to be made to this policy, you will be notified and given the opportunity to amend your account accordingly.
